Vic is a baker specialising in vegan cakes. Each creation is individual and unique to her client’s requirements.

Vic loves to use edible, organic flowers to decorate her cakes whenever possible.

“Pansies make me happy for many reasons, they’re colourful, cheery and remind me of warmer months.

They’re a favourite flower of mine because they’re super versatile, I use them on cakes, I also press them to preserve the flower and they last for a very long time!

They can be used to decorate salads, in ice cubes and to brighten any dish. I recently made a cake for me and my boyfriend for our anniversary - they definitely have a special place in my heart.’’
