Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online? You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Can I get an invoice for my order? You will receive a receipt by email once we charge your credit card. If you request an invoice we will be happy to provide one.

How do I cancel my order? Please contact Talking Tables by phone or email and we can cancel or change the order for you.

How long does it take to receive my order? On receiving your order we endeavour to dispatch within 1-5 working days. For further information contact our Customer Service Team.

How much do you charge for delivery? Please check our shipping rates on our Delivery Information Page.

How will my items be sent? We use Royal Mail for small items and couriers for larger orders.

I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them? We always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock the items will be sent out as soon as they arrive.

What if I'm not in when you deliver? There will be a card left so you can rearrange re-delivery.
