How to play this 'Murder Mystery on the Train Game’:
Can you follow the murder's tracks or will you and your friends become derailed? Inside the box, you’ll find place cards, props, weapons and clues to transform your home into a crime scene, just like your favourite Agatha Christie novel. Invite your guests ahead of time by sending our online invitations - each invite is personalised to a specific character in the story and gives useful 1930s costume hints. We've included awards for the best costume, acting and detective, so be sure to get into character and encourage everyone to get involved with the gameplay! To begin the game, the host reads out the welcome speech to introduce the characters and prepare for the investigation. There is a special character for the host to play (Al Laboard - the host is not a suspect but still a participant) and the victim is not one of your guests - the instruction booklet provides more detail on this.

Who to enjoy this 'Murder Mystery on the Train Game’ with:

Better yet, this game is re-playable as our murder mystery set has 3 alternative endings. Great dinner party game.

We played this with friends on NYE and it kept us all laughing all night with the additional character traits it gives.

Bought it for a teenager dinner party - lots of fun

I got this for my eldest child's mates. They took over the dining room, the living room & anywhere else she hid clues.
They didn't complete it because they had so much fun & hysterics with the role play (first time doing a murder mystery!). It's not my first rodeo, though, & this is definitely a lovely kit. Well organised, easy to follow, nicely presented, good quality. Love it!

Really enjoyed this game, well thought out and fun!

I got this for my mum for Christmas and we played it that night. There were only 5 of us but it still worked really well (just make sure you read out all the clue cards if there are fewer players than cards). We also found a 1930s music playlist which really added to the atmosphere!
The story was a bit complicated but just enough to make it interesting without making solving the murder impossible, and there are three possible endings so you can use it more than once.

I'd really recommend this game, whether you just want to play it as a family night in or go all out with invitations and dressing up!
