The balloons can be filled with air and then attached to the ceiling or you can fill them with helium. I prefer the normal air and then attach to the ceiling for a longer lasting. highly recommended and worth the price.

Beautiful party decorations. Very easy to assemble, simple and gives the party a nice touch. Everything you need inside the kit box, glue dots are strong and the balloons last for days. I have used just four of the balloon but kit is with 5, great price.

These are great! The card stock is good quality, with clear colours and print. The balloons are bright and cheerful, and the ribbon ties securely to the balloon. It's a nice addition to a party decor, or just to perk up a present or card. It's easy to store in the card box it arrives in. Happy to recommend.
