TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

1. This prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland, who have entered the prize draw as set out below. Proof of age and residence location may be required.  

2. The sole entry condition for this competition is the requirement to submit your name and email address to our mailing list. By submitting your personal information, you agree you may be contacted by Talking Tables Ltd and Ocado Retail Ltd for the purposes of marketing. 

3. The offer of 25% discount on your first Ocado shop applies to new customers only. Other conditions may apply. A discount code will be emailed to you upon entry submission. 

4. The prize draw is not open to employees (or family members of employees) of Ocado Retail Limited, Talking Tables, or anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of this prize draw and all affiliates of such companies.  

5. There will be one winner. The winner will receive 2 x £100 Ocado shopping voucher and a Talking Tables bundle as itemised above. 

6. All steps at point 2 must be completed before the closing date for the entry to be valid.  

7. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer-generated system that produces verifiable random results on the week commencing 15th July 2024. The winner will be contacted by Talking Tables on the week commencing 22nd July 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the initial notification, or cannot take up the prize, then we reserve the right to select other winners. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. 

8. The winner will be contacted by Talking Tables who will arrange the delivery of the prize. 

9. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.   

10. We have organised this prize draw in good faith and cannot be held responsible for third party products and services offered as prizes and all such prizes may be subject to the providers’ standard terms and conditions. 

11. By entering this prize draw you acknowledge that Talking Tables will process and may share your personal data with processors and partners, to administer the personal data processing required to meet these terms. 12. We reserve the right at our discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entrants or entries that breach these conditions or the spirit of the prize draw. 

13. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. 

14. By participating in this prize draw you acknowledge that we may have to publish or make available your name and county of residence, if you become a winner. Prize winners’ name and county of residence will be available on request, for 30 days after the winners are announced by sending a SAE to the Marketing Department, Apollo Court, 2 Bishop Square, Hatfield Business Park, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9EX. You can object to the publishing or making available of your name and county of residence by emailing privacy@ocadoretail.com. However, we may still be required to share this information with relevant authorities or for other legal purposes.
