Sarah's Mediterranean tablescape

Sarah says:

Like many others, lockdown has meant holidays abroad haven’t been on the agenda for many months (or years) now, so I wanted to create a table which provided a little escapism from everyday life and bring the Mediterranean home!

Inspired by colour, I used a mix of fresh white, blues and earthy neutrals combined with the vibrant orange from our Tropical orange napkins and the placement of fresh oranges and grapefruits on the table. Our blue candlesticks and holders, mango wood bowls and platters were the perfect products to compliment the setting. The stunning flowers were from local florist Blossom & Threads – they added a touch of colour with the pinks and oranges without over-powering the white and Blue.

The choice of food was a selection of mezze – Greek salads, pittas, dips, falafel, and lots of halloumi! Perfect for sharing which created a nice chilled and relaxed atmosphere. Even better, the sun was shining, and the Aperol spritz was flowing!
