Hannah's Easter Table

Hannah says:

To me Easter signals the start of Spring with daffodils, the gathering of family and of course a bit too much chocolate. For my Easter table setting I took inspiration from my own garden with all the pastel colours of Spring, whilst maintain a sophisticated touch. I wanted a simple table to show my own guests that hosting doesn’t have to be stressful or complicated and encourage them to host their own Easter tables. My favourite table decoration was definitely the adorable pastel Easter bunnies - they added a fun element to the table that everyone loved and looked great on top of the grass table runner.

Flowers were an essential part of my table and I used an array of gorgeous fresh blooms from the florist Blossom & Threads. After cutting the stems I places some flowers into small glass bud vases and others into larger bouquets to add some height. Using the different sized vases was a great way to decorate the whole table whilst ensuring there was still space for food and drinks to be serves.

When it came to the food I served up traditional hot cross buns which are a personal favourite of mine. I paired them with Greek yoghurt and an array of fresh fruits now that they are starting to come into season. Finally I handed out glasses of fresh orange and apple juice as we cheersed to the start of Spring!
