How To Create A Bright Easter Table

Posted by Beth Pickard on

With the recent confirmation that we shall soon be able to gather and spend time with friends and family we know a lot of people have been excitedly making plans. We can’t wait to sit in gardens and parks and finally catch up after so long! This Easter we can all celebrate after a long year of uncertainty. For those who are spending it with their bubble, or are looking to create a bright and beautiful Easter table in the garden we have put together some simple steps to help you do so:

  1. The colours of spring!

The days are longer and the sun is shining. We love this time of year when colour appears to pop up everywhere. With our Easter table we wanted to capture these bright colours. We chose colourful Easter napkins, a green tablecloth and stunning spring flower bouquets from McQueens. We are all crossing our fingers for good weather over Easter but even with grey skies your stand out table will make up for it!

  1. Add spring blooms

We collaborated with our favourite florists McQueens for our Easter table. We discussed our aims for the table and the other products we were going to be using. We said we didn’t want the bouquets to look too formal and preened, but more relaxed like the fields of wild spring flowers. We were so impressed with their creations, which were the centerpiece to the Easter table.

  1. Easter napkins

Napkins is where you can have fun with your table! We used our Hop To It Egg napkin – covered in colourful eggs with gold foil writing. These napkins are great for a kids Easter table, or for the big kids! Check out our napkin selection for other bright Easter options.

  1. Fun extra touches!

We wanted to add novelty Easter touches to the table - It’s all in the details! We scattered coloured chocolate Easter eggs around the table, and also included some real and ornamental vegetables, which work beautifully with the bunny napkins! Finally we added our Mix & Match Grass Bunnies – adorable decorations that are ideal for an Easter set up!

  1. Easter is served

The Easter table is complete.. now to seat the family and serve up your Easter lunch. We’ve already got stuck into the hot cross buns – the ultimate Easter treat!
