Happy Burn's Night!

Posted by on

As we are still in lockdown, we find ourselves with a bit more time and energy to make Saturday night a source of both nourishment and amusement.

As there are limited themes in January, I turned to Burns Night, which plays on memories of growing up in Scotland. I used to do the serving and washing up as a child in the village hall for the Boat Club annual Burns night.

Tartan is such a striking colourway it makes it quite easy to turn a dinner table into a Scottish affair!

After a few drinks, one is trying one’s best Scottish accent on the Robert Burns poetry!

Will you be celebrating Burns Night? Let us know!
