Is it safe to send my card details when ordering online?

You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Do you deliver outside mainland UK?

Yes apart from explosives (party poppers) and sparklers. We will let you know the additional carriage when we receive your order.

How much do you charge for delivery?

£3.90 is our standard delivery charge (£8.50 trade)

Where is my order?

On receiving your order we endeavour to dispatch within 5 working days.

I have ordered more than one item. When should I expect to receive them?

We always try to dispatch all the products at the same time. If we are short of stock the items will be sent out as soon as they arrive.

When will you debit my account?

Your credit card will be charged when the items are despatched.

I want to order the product as a gift. Will the value of the gift appear on the packing slip?

The value of the order will be packaged within the delivery

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

I am afraid we don't currently offer this service.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

You will receive a receipt by email once we charge your credit card. If you request an invoice we will be happy to provide one.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact Talking Tables by phone or email and we can cancel or change the order for you.

How will my items be sent?

We use Royal Mail for small items and couriers for larger orders

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

There will be a card left so you can rearrange redelivery.
