About Us
Talking Tables Ltd. was established by Clare Harris in 1999, just in time for the 2000 Millennium celebrations. A year later, Mark McCormack joined the company. We started with only 8 products. Today our current line is 350 and growing. You will find our products in retailers such as John Lewis, Heals, Harrods, Selfridges and Liberty as well as independent shops nationwide.
Talking Tables is unique in that it designs all its own products. We take fun seriously: adding style and wit to life's celebrations. We are a highly creative team who all enjoy a bit of bash. We specialise in new product ideas to add fun and style to gatherings.
The company name came about because Clare wanted our products to get the table talking. She also wants it to be laughing and merry with everyone participating equally. She wants whoever happens to be at your house today – from Grandma to a passing friend – to feel relaxed and part of the lively ensemble. The goal is for our products to help to make your gatherings with friends the most enjoyable and the most memorable.
