  • Data Support Co-Ordinator

    For the past 16 years, Talking Tables have been creating great memories and getting people together with our fun products. Our founder, Clare Harris spotted a gap in the market in 1999 when she noticed that there were no design-led party products on offer for her millennium celebrations. From her kitchen table, Clare got to work designing, producing and selling her first products. Mark McCormack joined the company one year later. We now have offices in London and Shanghai and we sell over 1000 products all over the world.
    Here at TT we are looking for an Online Customer Service and Sales Support Co-Ordinator to join our team and help in supporting Amazon Worldwide, UK online and public customers. The ideal candidate must have a background in customer service with Amazon Vendor experience. In a busy office, it is imperative that a new team member can take the initiative to get their own job done as well as taking advice and sharing thoughts as they go along. They also need the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and adapt into the fast-paced environment.

    This is an opportunity to continue developing your customer service skills whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with crucial UK online customers.

    Key Attributes
    • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills, articulate in spoken English

    Role Specification       
    • Processing orders from trade and public customers
    • Supporting worldwide Amazon account
    • Order processing, reporting and sales analysis
    • Loading new lines in advance of launch
    • Search and ensure correct terms/key words are used
    • Research top sellers and replicate the success – titles - range names
    • Two weekly report across all Amazon
    • Work with account manager to drive traffic and business
    • Work to deliver long term benefit on seasonal items
    • Work closely with marketing and digital on brand pages
    • Image/content/video management
    • Working with wider team on Amazon trends, range review and ensuring current catalogue is active on Amazon
    • Forecasting to assist with stock management to avoid fines
    • Resolving customer queries (product queries, order queries)

    Role Specification 
    • Deliver a dynamic customer service that reflects the brand values of Talking Tables, which should replicate how you respond to calls and emails.
    • Working closely with our energetic Sales Team to support and drive Online Customer sales, including Amazon and Ocado.
    • Completing NLF for customers (New Line Forms)
    • Timely processing of all orders (trade and public) and communication to customer.
    • Responsible for maximizing month end revenue
    • Upselling is key to driving sales and maximising revenue
    • Communicate effectively with our 3PL warehouses to ensure timely despatch and delivery of orders.
    • Working closely with Finance on proforma customers and customers credit limits
    • Test Talking Tables products to gain product knowledge and help explain to customers
    • Share input and ideas to make our team perform beyond our customers’ expectations.

  • Sales Agents - France & Germany (Commission Only)

    The Talking Tables International Sales Team continue to have huge ambitions to expand our markets and are looking for freelance sales agents to help introduce our exciting brand to more independent retailers in France and Germany.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • making appointments to meet new and existing customers 
    •  understanding customers’ needs 
    •  making presentations to promote new products and special deals 
    •  agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments 
    •  advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
    •  keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by telephone recording orders and sending details to the sales office 
    •  watching competitors and the products they are offering 
    •  meeting sales targets
